For one language, there are many accents, regarding the country they are spoken. For example, French isn\u2019t spoken the same way in France, Canada, Switzerland or Belgium\u2026.If you listen to a Belgium and a Canadian french speaker, it won\u2019t sound the same as a french speaker at all. Indeed, the Canadian accent is combined to the english as it is the main spoken language in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They change “il” for “y”: <\/strong>
Il n\u2019y a pas le temps. \u2192 Y’a pas le temps.
The “elle a” becomes a long \u201cA\u201d:<\/strong>
Elle n\u2019a pas le temps. \u2192 A pas le temps.
The \u201cA\u201d becomes a \u201cO\u201d:<\/strong>
Je ne serai pas l\u00e0. \u2192 J\u2019s\u2019rai p\u00f4 l\u00f4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why, when reading a french script, it won’t correspond to a Canadian french one, and why when translating a script to french is different from translating it to Canadian french as well as choosing the right voice talent depending on where you wanna localise.
