One language can have many accents, depending on the region or country they are spoken. For example, French isn\u2019t spoken the same way in France, Canada, Switzerland or Belgium\u2026. If you listen to a Belgium and a Canadian french speaker, it won\u2019t sound the same speaker from France at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indeed, the Belgian accent is combined with Dutch, which is the main language spoken in Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The table above shows that there are many differences for two languages that are considered by many as ‘the same’. This is why, when you read a French script, it will not correspond to a Belgian French script, and why the translation of a French script is different from the Belgian French translation, as well as the choice of the right voice depending on where you want to localise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
